Yes however as with most issues in karting, if one person does something then everyone else has to do the same to keep up.
This is an issue I also often see with yellow flags, if the person infront of me doesn't slow down much then I don't want to either because of the space I will lose, and this continues down the field. The same with kerbs, once one person hits them then the rest have to do the same to keep up. When pushing the limit hitting the kerbs slightly is inevitable however much you aim to miss them, as proven at ckc last month.
My idea allows the kerbs to be used as their intention as a semi safe slight run off area, but also to deter people from seeing them as part of the track since any slight deviation onto the out of bounds area will result in action being taken.
