Ah but what happens if one person didn't cut the corner that lap or the karts behind you aren't cutting the corner as much?!

I've seen lots of races where the guys at the front don't give a damn about their chassis and jump all over the kerbs....so much it makes me cringe thinking of the chassis....where as other guys in the same race don't jump on the kerbs as much or at all...is it fair that some guys are cutting the corner and not being penalised while others are staying in the while lines and are slower because of it?!
