It doesn't matter who has the insurance, they will work out that we (karters in general) have been racing on parts of the track which are SPECIFICALLY designated as being 'out of bounds'. That will invalidate the insurance.

You hear about insurers puling these stunts every DAY. You may know, there's now doubts about whether ANY of us are insured in cars if we have HAD a drink but are below the illegal level. The wording in the policies say: '...affected by alcohol or drugs'. The insurers seem to be saying that, if you are illegally affected at 35mg then you are STILL 'affected' at 34mg and thus you are NOT insured.

We are courting disaster in karting with this one!
