This from the facebook HKC page...

Just for clarification, the Rotax 177 drivers were NOT excluded in Heat 1. The race was treated as if it had never taken place. The words shown on the bulletin ..."is null and void..."

As far as the Championship goes this round can be use as a drop round if it one of their lowest 2 scoring rounds at the end of the year. It's only when a driver is excluded that they cannot drop that rounds score.
