I've been given a set of rims (Gillard mags) with tyres fitted. I don't know how old they are but the beads of the tyres are stuck to the rims! The bead breaker just pushes the sidewall in and slips all the way down and nothing will work the tyre and rim apart!

Anyone encountered this before and know of a good way of releasing the tyres? I don't mind ruining the tyres as they're aincient anyway but don't want to damage the mag rims...
