Alex, If you have had a lot of experience with indoor karting and really believe that you are now too good fot it then you should have no problems competing in a Club 100 race meeting. You will not have the experience to win but you should be able to race safely especially as they get you started again if you do spin and stall. Why not find a Club 100 meeting that you can get to and book yourself in. Then call John at Club 100 and ask if he can put you in touch with someone who can give you some tuition - track walk, and comments on your drive in the practice and races. Club 100 is such a friendly series that you will probably find someone who will help you for no more than the odd cup of coffee and bacon buttie. They will be good enough to help you at this stage of your karting - otherwise you will be looking at a minimum £100 per day plus expenses for a driver coach.
