It's multiple causes/solutions:-

1) ban Full width rear bumpers
2) reduce Side pods
3) remove shovel shaped front pods

4) Lack of discipline CAUSED by the lack of proper penalties for cheating
5) Too fast arrival at the Kim first corner: slow the start down by moving the start nearer the corner
6) Enforce the 'white line' rule at corners: video the entry and exits at the first corner: if you cross the white line on entry or exit then disqualification!

7) Video the first corner FROM ABOVE, contact with kart in front = disqualification.

It's back to the classics.... enforce the RULES!
