Slower Starts, Faster Starts, Standing Starts - It doesn't matter as ultimately it is the way a few people drive and push that causes the problems. It all boils down to that "must win at any cost mentality" and a complete lack of respect for others which is increasingly prevelent throughout society today.

For me karting should be ruthlessly policed as a non-contact form of racing but it's like swimming against the tide and the Clerks are at their wits end most weekends!

Didn't anyone see George Robinson's artlicle in last months Karting Mag where he states quite categorically that "Karting IS NOW a contact sport"

As a Dad it certainly makes you think twice about whether to bother.
