Vince, can you confirm that your 'weight distribution' between the two seats is UTTERLY IDENTICAL down to a 10 grams either way?
Can you also confirm that the CofG remains IDENTICAL when you change seats? That would require you having drilled the seat holes with absolute PRECISION.
My point being that even a SLIGHT difference between your 'accuracy' of mounting the seat would significantly change the CofG and that COULD explain the differences in handling.
Because you use the same mounting holes in each seat each time you use it, the 'experiment' will deliver the same results each time you swap the seats over. My suspicion is that, if you buy a NEW T10 (or whatever) and you don't take PRECISE care to drill the holes in the seat in EXACTLY the same spot, then the New T10 will handle differently than the ORIGINAL T10 even if the seats are IDENTICAL..... except for the holes!
