Hi Kelvyn
Had the same problem with the two clear plastic lugs on the case itself breaking off. My lad wanted to try some different camera positions so we had it rigidly bolted to the radiator. The problem is if you mount anywhere other than the nassau panel there will be too much vibration and nowhere for it to be absorbed. At lease the nassau has some movement.
We now have an extension arm and my lad has mounted the GoPro on one of the seat stays. It looks a bit precarious but having about 3 links in the fixing actually helps dissipate the vibration.
Only rule I'd suggest is just don't mount too rigidly.
