It's nice to be welcomed back but I am not getting the time that I used to have. My elderly mother (86) is 'losing it' and I am spending a lot of time fixing those problems.

Added to that, a sudden 'emergency' hernia op. (I didn't know I HAD a hernia!) has slowed me! The anaesthetic seems to take MONTHS to disappear!

I have spoken to Alan and I think he's gone for good but.....

You all should by now know WHY I am so 'contentious': it creates discussion/disagreement/argument and that's good for the site
