Sounds to me though this is a good idea all round. As reported umpteen times some of the parent behaviour is appalling.

Yes I can see how some may see that its not fair that Dad A's behaviour impacts Son A. However, Dad A's behaviour similarly can impact Dad and Son B through Z. So if Dad is the weakest link in the chain or that Dad/Son team then them's the breaks.

My concern though is more how this is enforced in the scenario that Dad B bends the ear of the CoC a little to enthusiastically over a marshalling or driver incident etc and rubs said CoC up the wrong way and finds himself on his way to having his card marked. How many times that happens, no idea, but by reading the comments on here it seems like its quite a lot.
