The problem is that the rules and licence system as they stand are a catch-all for a sport that has so many different facets now.

Each aspect of the sport really requires different rules and regulations.

Club racers need different rules to National championship racers. Kids need different rules to adults and the F1 wanabees especially need a set of rules all for themselves.
