the forms you have been signig havent been wrong but has an unfortunate anomaly in it in as the young driver was responsible for the conduct of his parents or anybody else asosiated with him so if parents lost cool and swore at official etc then it was the child that was penalised with points on licence suspension of licence etc, quite rightly the MSA and karting bodies have relised this is wrong and so have introduced this PLG licence so they have authority over the parents without it afecting the childs licence
