I have read a lot about people and teams using emery cloth to limit vibration from the engine to the chassis and just wondering what peoples views are on this and how to actually go about doing it.

Is it worth it? And what is the best emery cloth to use and where is is best placed? Permanantly on the chassis or just wedged between chassis and mount?
