I think not steed..ive been going there for 20 years...there was never a kerb the whole way around stadium just on the very middle a small kerb about a foot long and 30 cm wide was there..the kerb is now 1 metre wide the whole way around increased in width at the very apex aswell at the top of stadium so you can now fit a whole kart up the inside!
