Have you contacted the company to ask why the prices at the track were so much higher than on their website?
Most online traders quote prices excluding VAT whereas the track price will be inclusive. Would you have had to pay for delivery with the online order? Maybe at the track they take into consideration the fuel costs and van costs for getting there.
Were the items actually identical? Could the online item have been a 3rd party item whereas at the track they only had an original part.
