It looks like High Park Estate, which includes the Kimbolton Kart Track has been put up for sale by its owner Ray Convine. The kart track itself has been let for 10 years [from January 2008] to HKRC, so unless there are break clauses in the lease, I'd imagine it should remain possible to continue racing there for the next 6 years... but after that, who knows.
