Thanks so much for that. I'm going to fill the box with empty plastic water bottles, cardboard etc... to pad it out. I guess there's only so much one can do if they decide to throw it about the place, there's no an awful lot you can do. In terms of fixing to the pallet, laid flat the box is 105 x 160 which overspills the sides of the pallet. Is that acceptable ? Do you mount them vertically on the pallet ?
