Try Pallet Force or similar should be Ł65-Ł75 just shipped one Liverpool to scotland.
Take nosecone off,take wheels off, drain fuel,shrink wrap everything to kart (make package as near the size of the pallet,,strap to pallet,then tell them it canbe carried upright,takes less space in the truck so they are more amenable.
