I will watch out on track for all the people who read the thread and buy into this "better release" thing as they duck their heads down right on the exit of every corner (as you only need release when you are still turning, surely...)
Not sure what they would then do on the actual straight though - lean forward? lean back? do a handstand on the seat?
I am no expert, but I reckon if you need release, you will get more of it by moving your bodyweight to the outside seat stay than from nutting the steering wheel...
