If your seatback is reclined at 35degrees from the vertical, then as you lean forward, your drag will increase initially reaching a maximum when you have leant forward 35 degrees (are sitting upright), then start to reduce until when you are leaning forward by 35 degrees it's the same as when you were sittting back! I would say that, basically, when you lean forward if you can still see where you are going you haven't reduced your drag!
