I'm lucky Al in the sence I need a van for my work as you know so the kart and kit goes in the back, the thing is with accomodation is your food. When myself and lad went to shenny it cost us Ł100 for the pair of us for the weekend what bumped it up was the food eating at the track is expenstive then in the evening eating at digs (the bell inn) Ł15 at the track per day and Ł30 at the digs for two of us!

Back in March when he sat his arcs the wife wanted to come along more expence she love it and caught the karting bug, so the daughter had to come along also it was going to work out at Ł380 for food and accomodation before we steped foot on the track!
To cut a long story short I purchased a 4 berth caravan for a Ł1000 not the best or worst but the kids love it, shower cooker microwave tv etc. Now having traveled to shenny 3x gyg wombwell and whilton we are in the black! And in the school summer hols we are aiming to go to Rowrah and larkhall and back to Warden Law (is it true they are going to start doing msa racing?).
