I would advise against putting it in your car, particularly if you use a caster based two stroke oil, and non or semi synthetic oil in the car engine. It can adversely react with the oil causing a build up of black corn flake like deposits in the sump & oil system. There appears to be a body of opinion that it's ok to do it if both the kart and car oil are synthetic, but personally I still wouldn't risk it!
