I know that we all like to have a moan on here about it, and yep, it is slow but.....since the administrators Dick and Martin rarely look at the forum, there is NO chance of anything being done because of messages left on here....

Just e-mail them at the address at the foot of the page, you will then usually find the solution arrives promptly.
