As recommended by you, I bought 4 scales and did the proceedure you outlined.After a small amount of moving lead ballast I was able to get the front/rear ratio to 44% front/56% rear, which I believe is close enoughfor a cadet.

One thing that made me scratch my head a bit was the corner weights. I remember you said sometime ago that corner weighting does not really work with karts but there was a fairly large (4 kg)variation between left front and right front. Could this be a bent king pin or alike? I doubt the chassis is twisted.

Any thoughts?
