as far as im aware the clutch is the same as a comer w60 which i believe there are 2 types i.e. a solid unit and a spring loaded type.

If its the solid unit you might find one of the shoes have snapped off.

worth while posting on the 2/ forum and asking a comer dad for help.

Do you know what oil ratio you run as i posted this on here along time ago with no response. i use 20:1 and had no problems yet, but have heard of people using 25:1 and 17:1?
