Purely on the sticker subject I would say go for the stickers and keep your kart clean and shining every time you hit the track.

This is all for pyscolgical advantage on the competition. If it looks good to other drivers, It looks fast and on the grid you may make some less prepared drivers feel more edgy. That can make a difference in the race.

Also a lot of stickers on peoples karts are not actually paying sponsors. They just make others think that they are and again they put them on to make them fearfull.
