I don't think you mentioned 'elongated holes' in your previous posts..... and that's the problem..... probably!

The wheel is now sliding backward on that elongation on braking and forward again on sharp acceleration while hitting bumps. That WILL fidget the nut loose! If you are using those same wheels with elongated holes, then replacing the nuts is NOT going to fix it.

Basically, your wheel is now KN*CK*R*D. Chuck it! Or make it into an ash-tray. Don't use it on the kart, though!
