Do you use an impact gun when tightening your nuts, is what I think he means.

A thing to look for is elongation or excessive opening of the stud hole in the wheel.

If the wheel has been left loose in the past, it can wear the holes.

This can cause the wheel to move around on the studs and could cause it to come loose.

Also look at the hub and wheel faces for contamination.
