I had this problem when i first started. You need to run a leaner main jet and drive it harder. Run a larger sprocket to keep the revs up too.

Going slow and to rich makes the plug get coated in oil.

I have been running a 160 main in the warm weather and it doesnt pop or foul the plugs.

Just try small main jets. If you go too lean it will pop like crazy then go up a jet.
