ive not used the software so im not sure, but

are you putting in the correct barometric pressure?

it should be the pressure at sea level

the altitude correction should then bring the pressure back to any actual measurement made at the track.

check you are putting the right values in and with the right units.

where are you getting the data from? and what does the software require?

you are possibly generating a wrong air density value
