I am with you on this Bob however as Graham has said it will be out to tender, without knowing the terms of this tender, it sounds like this will be for a single supplier for the British championship engine ie the replacemnet for the W60.

It would make sense that this engine could be used in Super Cadet by removing a restrictor, thus reducing the cost of getting in to this fomula as a progression in to more powerfull 2 stroke racing. But that would be too sensible.
Also too sensible would be retaining the Try - it - on carb and exhaust.
