so he wasnt going to wave the flag then?

i think its conjecture on your part that he would have panicked and taken all 3 karts out

i know you cant plan for everything and it was an unfortunate place for the leaders to catch the back-marker but doesnt the arks test teach you what to do and expect? no waved blue=no one near

thanks for clearing up if the flag in question was waved or not tho. as the video doesnt show either way ill have to believe exactly what you say :)
