Moonshine if you are referring to Super Cadet I can’t see it. There are currently only 12 out there, I know it’s the first year but, not a great start. If Super Cadet get’s British Championship status next year that could increase the numbers or send drivers into Juniors thus avoiding the expense for one season. I hope Comer manage to extend their homologation, the last thing Cadet karting competitors need now is to invest in new engines, carbs and exhausts. As Super Cadet is from 11 to 14 where does that leave 7 to 10 year olds who don’t want 4 stroke. I am sure a Comer grid will exist but will it be worth the investment for 2 to 3 years if you then want to compete at National level. A change from Comer will drain Cadet grids, some will leave karting, move up or not bother joining. Super Cadet is not the answer.
