As a base set up try, front mid ride height with 15mm spacer. No caster. Rear mid ride height with 1390 rear track width. No rear torsion bar. Front torsion bar flat. We have an old EVXX which has gone a bit soft and found using the stiffer front torsion bar helped a lot.
