But its not up to the guy in front to dive out the way, its their full right to defend (unless they're being blue flagged). Its up to the guy behind to get past. That's racing mate!

Granted, when I've been in a position where I know the guy behind is faster in a heat race, I've let them through and latched on to the back of them to learn, but some people just race, and you can't expect them to dive out the way.
