Ian,
Just took it apart. It's a very simple but a good system. It is lower for caster and upper for camber. It's not like the Tony as you can change from plus 1.5, turn the lower pill 180deg to get minus 1.5 and there is no measurable change to the camber. If you want to change camber you turn a side screw in the upper pill (upper pill can only be central).
