All I can say from experience is Yes. On close inspection they are very well made and are very fluid in their movement. Never had one fail and they do seem to last longer than some other popular brands.
If there is any performance gain from the design I think it is fairly marginal, but if they are more durable it may just be the gap between finishing a race or not as the case may be. In which case when balancing against all of the other expenses involved in karting a non finish through an inferior component failure only adds to the cost in both money and dissapointment.
