I take that to mean only dealers authorised in the UK by JAG, given that these are MSA UK rules.

These are commercial classes with written rules that you can read before you join, if you don't like them well don't join.

Birel's EasyKart extends these type of restrictive purchase rules to chassis parts and the chassis itself as well as engine parts, karting has lots of examples of this type of practice - do we take them all to court?
