put the hubs in the oven for a bit.....cant remember temperature...about 100 for a few minutes, enuf to make them warm to the touch, take them out, put a screw driver in where the kingpin was and they should pop right out...might take a bit of experimentation with temperatures...but u get the jist!

to put in new bearings, put the bearings in the freezer while the hubs are in the oven then they should drop right in when you take them out of the freezer
