Perhaps the rotax chaps don't need to be cajoled in the same way as the KF classes.

I'd drop a mail to Sonja stating your intentions and ask for a hold on the registration date. You have a vacation to get through and you won't be here when the paperwork appears.

As for whether to do Stars or not, it's your call. However, on a certain holiday weekend in April, we'll be in a pub prior to Spurs vs WBA. Bricklayers Arms here we come.
