I cannot start my compressor using my generator. I think there is peak demand to start a compressor.

What is the power of the generator that people generally have at tracks to start a compressor? I am looking for some guideline so I know if I need a more powerful generator or if I can keep my generator and maybe use a less demanding compressor.

I have a Pramac Honda 2,6kW generator and my compressor is a Clarke champ 2hp / 110V.
