I can remember in Junior Yamaha using the old Bridgestone YBN's (I think it was the YBN's anyway) and everyone racing at Rye prayed for an open meeting so we could use Inters instead. No grip whatsoever! Learnt more in one year using those tyres than I did on any other tyres!
