I wondered when someone would call into question whether the MSA has a legitimacy to oversee 'all' karting, after reading so many threads on here, in the past, expressing disappointment with things done, and not done, by the MSA at it's various levels.

Especially as it appears that it is now also interested in the corporate karting scene, something until recently it never seemed interested in at all, I can imagine some commercial operators not looking forward to that. They after all are essentially governed by their insurers.

I know turkeys wouldn't vote from Xmas, anyway, but given 'the future of karting in the UK' appears to have been kicked about between 2 MSA karting committees for 3.5 years, and then put out a discussion paper so lacking in detail, that it is actually difficult to discuss, does it make you wonder'?

Remember the original objective was set in early 2007, to look at the next 4-6 years, so 2011-13. And this discussion paper comes out a month before 2011? Timely? efficient?

I see someone commented that they are still waiting for George Robinson's review to be published, is it to be published at all? I maybe mistaken, but hasn't Mr. Robinson's review informed this green paper, reading it it appears to be based on some findings, suggestions and conclusions from somewhere, which would suggest if it was going to be published at all, and really it would've helped to inform the debate, to understand clearly what they are talking about, suggesting, it would've been published with it. No?
