I would add to that list.

The way different rules and regulations are not a applied evenly or consistantly, even by the MSA itself. The perception, rightly or wrongly, that at times things are applied differently depending on who you are and or who you know. Coupled with the arrogant and unfriendly approach of some officials who seem totally out of touch. The higher you go in the sport the worse it gets, I would be especially critical of those who have lost sight that it is supposed to be a sport as well as a business.
