I would like to see much more healthy options available at the circuit. For drivers burgers, chips and pies are far from the correct nutriton for maximum performance on race day. They are full of saturated fat and added salt which leads to dehydration and and can make you feel larthargic. Its much more important to intake carbohydrates on race day which ensures a constant flow of blood to your driving muscles. Fast food does more harm than good ! and thats why I always prepare my own lunch on race day.
