Yeah I saw Jim wasn't the applicant but I always thought he just owned the lease and not the freehold. It was said that he recently had extended the lease though but only by a couple of years which I guess goes along with the idea that it will get used while planning and funding gets agreed. You have always questioned Jims commitment as it must be a great earner with hardly any running costs and absolutely nothing put in for improvements. Shame.
