There has been quite a few posts about de-glazing pads , disks etc every meeting a few times during a day etc and those who follow these forums will see that OTK brakes come up quite a lot as a subject and i will give my two pennorth again as an ex endurance driver (2x 24 hr Le Mans )and it is Fit A Kelgate simples
