hello mate i have had this proble before on various engines their are 2 good solutions to this and very easy aswell.

no1: get a dremel multi tool and cut a straight edge straight throug the bolt so yo can unscrew it with a decent slotted screwdriver . worked for me be careful though.

no2: if you can source a welder weld a thinner bar on to the end of the broken bolt then unscrew it only do this if the bolt is not severely tight and always cool with water to prevent warping or melting your engine parts .
